Hi! I can't make an appointment for renewal of my professional id card due to RECORD MISMATCHED on my PRC online profile. I would like to ask for correction on my online profile from the details of my initial registration. I contacted already PRC thru email and landline but no response. Here are my details: JAN ROBERT RIVAS lic.#0649360 initial registration: 10/18/2010 id card valid until: 06/24/2022 Thank you! hoping for an immediate action.
