Good Day! I would like to request in your good office the following information: 1. Number of ongoing or presently handled cases of Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) that are recidivists in the Cities or municipalities of Legazpi, Tabaco, and Albay. 2. What is the present status of those CICL- recidivists? 3. What are the available after-care services or intervention programs after the discharge of the CICL in the institution in the said localities (Legazpi, Tabaco, and Ligao)?

Your request You asked for Recidivist Children in Conflict with the Law. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Kindly coordinate directly with your chosen LGUs. Please take note that Bahay Pag-asa is under the direct supervision of the local government unit. At present, JJWC have no existing data or information on the reoffending or recidivism rates of CICL in the country. JJWC is planning to conduct a baseline study for this.
