December 16, 2022 Dear Ayessa Mae, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 12, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Reasons why PWUDs are not completing their Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Treatment Program. Response to your request Please be informed that this Agency does not maintain data pertaining to reasons on why Persons Who Use Drug (PWUDs) do not complete their Community Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP). Under the PDEA Barangay Drug Clearing Program (BDCP), one of the requirements for a barangay to be declared as DRUG-CLEARED is for all identified PWUDs to undergo appropriate intervention program such as CBDRP, however, the Agency is not involved in the conduct of treatment and rehabilitation to PWUDs. The requested information may be submitted to concerned Local Government Units (LGUs) which implement CBDRP with the assistance of the Department of Health (DOH).
