Hi! I would like information on the following concerns. I have paid my 10% downpayment to Rockfort Realty Developers and I am planning to take out my loan via PAGIBIG. They mentioned that if I will loan via PAG IBIG, the downpayment should be 30% minimum plus full payment of miscellaneous fees. They are also only limiting me to specific banks where I can take out my loan. Is there any ruling or policy to support this? Is this even legal for them to limit the banks where I can take out my loan? Thanks!
