Hello! Why is there no FOI direct request to the National Privacy Commission? The NPC should play a major part in all FOI request and yet there is no direct FOI access to them where I should now route this FOI request thru the DICT - why is that? We went the NPC office earlier this year to file a complaint and I saw people working there. I also had made phone calls which were answered by NPC personnel, but nowadays no one answers. Please convey our short message to the NPC: My wife, Clarita Lilia Lacson needs to inquire about any development in her complaint CID Case no. 18-G-082.
