Hi! I would like to confirm if DOST Memorandum Circular No. 001 s2009 "Revised Implementing Guidelines on the Grant of Honoraria to Personnel whose services are engaged by the National Science and Technology System" is the latest guideline containing the prescribed rates pertaining to the granting of Honoraria DOST projects. If newer guidelines are available, I would like to request for a copy of the newer/latest guidelines/salary rates. Thank you!
