August 10, 2023 Dear Mr. Ang: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 09, 2023 08:17:15 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for RDO Code Inquiry. Response to your request After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that the request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.). We would like to advise you to visit our Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.Ds containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity. If the request is made through representative, a written authorization and/or special power of attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative shall be presented. Please be reminded that TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012. You may also utilized the BIR Digital Assistant Chatbot-Revie on your Revenue District Office (RDO) Code request and in order for you to know your current RDO where your TIN is registered.
