I am writing to inquire about RDO updating. The former employee has a valid TIN and used to work in a company in Bataan. However, the former employer registered the TIN at the RDO in Paranaque City. The former employee is currently unemployed, so is it possible to update the profile and the RDO even though not employed by any entity right now?
I will also inquire if there are any possible wrongdoings of the former employer for registering the employee's TIN in an RDO which they do not have any business.
