Purpose: Remittance of RCATS Share from Affiliation Fees
Date of Coverage: 01/01/2021 - 12/01/2021
Tracking no: #CHED-883855118048
Good Day! I would like to request the contact details, names of the officials and where the office of the Regional Committee on Affiliation and Training of Students (RCATS) in Region 12 is located. I previously requested the information from DOH but was denied due to reason "Please be advised that RCATS was removed from the Department of Health and transferred to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) since 2015". We have attempted to remit the 5% share of RCATS but were in vain because the checks issued by the city were not claimed by RCATS. Hence, the request. Thank you
