Hi, I would like to request for the raw data of all past Family Health Surveys (2011) and all Global Adult Tobacco Surveys (2009,2015). This, in conjunction with other data sets, will be used by the Department of Health in estimating burden of disease per province to assist local governments in planning and prioritizing health initiatives. Thank you!
