Hi! I would like to inquire if the Philippines has ratified the 2020 Asean Trade in Services Agreement

Response to your request 

We have not received clearance from the concerned office to release your requested information despite numerous follow-ups. In this regard, we wish to refer you to Section 5.8 of the FOI Manual:

“Failure to notify the requesting party of the action taken on the request within the period herein provided shall be deemed a denial of the request to information.”
