You know what, to tell you the truth, this request was long overdue and I blame it solely on you. Any potential interest in obtaining these records have subsided but I continue to request these data in order to enforce my right to information.
Section 7, Article III of the Constitution guarantees the right of the people to information on matters of public concern. The dealings of the government are a public concern especially with companies with revoked SEC registrations and/or with criminally convicted CEOs.
I request these information also in order to enhance transparency and accountability in government official acts, transactions, or decisions.
Rest assured that the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
Let me remind you that Section 6 of E.O. 2 s. 2016 states that "No request for information shall be denied unless it clearly falls under any of the exceptions listed in the inventory or updated inventory of exceptions circularized by the Office of the President provided in the preceding section." And also Section 9a states that "Provided, that no request shall be denied or refused acceptance unless the reason for the request is contrary to law, existing rules and regulations or it is one of the exceptions contained in the inventory or updated inventory of exception as hereinabove provided."
