27 February 2019 Dear Mr. Tabuzo: You asked for “Head count data of street families, street children, people who living on the streets, etc. (from 2015-2016).” Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. You may wish to consider addressing your request to the local government units (LGUs) concerned, i.e., the provinces, cities and municipalities. You may also consider directing your request through this portal to the Philippine Statistical Authority (PSA), the government agency responsible for preparing and conducting periodic censuses on population, housing, agriculture, fisheries, business, industry and other sectors of the economy.
