Your Request You asked this Office the following queries: 1. What is the process of resolving rape cases? 2. What are the available remedies, if any, of the accused, for non-payment of damages ordered by the court? Response to Request Your FOI request is denied. Your request is not among the information covered under Section 1(a) of E.O No. 2 (s.2016). Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I.
