I would like to request for the following data (if available): 1. Volume of captured rainwater used for irrigation (Region X, 2018-2020) 2. Volume of reused water for irrigation (Region X, 2018-2020) 3. List of facilities in Region X for capturing rainwater Thank you!

March 9, 2022 Dear Reynante Panogalon, I refer to my letter of Mar 08, 2022 03:29:08 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Rainwater Capturing Facilities in Region X. Please be informed that upon verification with the Regional Office X of this Department, the said Office does not have information relative to the requested data. However, with coordination with Bureau of Design, we can provide you a recently approved standard plan for Rainwater Capturing Facilities. If you wish to continue with this request, kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer,([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the data being requested, the reason for the request and your contact details. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jun 01, 2022 06:16:44 AM, your request will be closed.
