In view of the partial fulfillment of our Research Method in Public Administration II – PA 299 of the College of Public Administration (CPADS) - Western Mindanao State University, we respectfully request for the rainfall data of Zamboanga City intended for the study the the viability of rain catchment basin to serve waterless barangays in the east coast area of zamboanga city.
