Hi! I would like to request the rainfall data from all the Automatic Weather Stations in Metro Manila from January 2016-December 2020. I would like to request that the interval will be the smallest possible. I have already tried requesting before and it was every 15 minutes. If it is possible, I would like to request if it will be a smaller interval eg. 3,5, or 10 minutes. If not, the 15-minute interval is acceptable.
I will be using the data for my dissertation research on the effects of rainfall to traffic flow.
I hope you can help me with this.
Thank you!
