Hi! I am Michelle Delminguez, currently working as a Science Research Technician II in Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau --- one of the bureaus of DENR. I'm currently doing a research in Cagayan and LPPCHEA and in need of this data:
Rainfall data of Southwest Monsoon from the year 2011 to 2020 (Example: Habagat 2012 enhanced by a typhoon with international name Haiku, rainfall data: 1,007.4mm)

I refer to my letter of Jan 21, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Rainfall data brought by Southwest Monsoon in Cagayan and LPPCHEA, Philippines. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Apr 15, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
