Hi! I would like to inquire about the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 11476, known as GMRC and Values Education Act, to be issued by the Department of Education 90 days after the effectivity of the Act. It was approved as a law on June 25, 2020, and was uploaded on the Official Gazette website on that date. A year have already lapsed, yet no IRR can be accessed on the DepEd website or other government portal. Such information should be made public, especially to values advocate-leaders like me who will use this IRR to formulate programs, projects, and activities. Thank you.
