Please be informed that the Bureau of Curriculum Development, this Department, has yet to release the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 11476 or the GMRC and Values Education Law. BCD has sent a letter reply to your email on December 10, 2021, at 10:14 AM for your reference and guidance.
