Hi! I would like to request information regarding Quota Visa. If the Chinese applicant has the following qualifications: a. He is in possession of a valid passport and visa at the time of filing the application b. He does not belong to any class of excludible or deportable foreign nationals c. He has sufficient capital for a viable and sustainable investment in the Philippines d. A resident in the Philippines for more than 25 years; an SRRV holder Is there a possibility that the BI will not approve his application? why? How his applications be approved?
