You asked for Question to Philippine General Hospital (P.G.H.) on the Situation on Rape-Kits.
Your FOI request is approved. The Women's Desk of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) has prepared the attached reply on the situation of rape kits insofar as the PGH-Women's Desk is concerned. Please note that the PGH-Women's Desk cannot answer for any other agencies in the Philippines who has implemented the use of rape kits.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dr. Michael L. Tee at [email protected].. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. Thank you for granting my request, and for the useful, eye-opening information in the letter. I now have this info, and am waiting for info from the P.N.P. (& to some extent, the N.B.I.). Once all the data is accumulated, I will write the Senate about this pressing matter.
