Good day! I would like to ask, how many days usually it would take to process the blocking of IMEI of lost phone? I e-mailed last February 2 the requirements and have not received any replies yet. I cannot call for a follow up because our telephone do not allow long distance calls. Thank you.
By the way, I have sent my e-mail to '[email protected]'.
