Here in the U.S., the rape-kit backlog is finally getting addressed, and the numbers are falling… https://www.endthebacklog.org/#explore_backlog_map … where I am, too. https://www.endthebacklog.org/state/north-carolina/ How about back in the PH? I can't find any updates on it. The latest data I've found is from 2012: https://news.abs-cbn.com/depth/03/04/12/systemic-silencing-little-incentive-cry-‘rape’ https://news.abs-cbn.com/depth/03/04/12/few-rape-cases-filed-prosper Could I ask the state of the kits in the PH? Thanks!
