Hello, Under RA 7297 Section 11: Section 11. Sale, Lease, Transfer, Usufruct, etc.— The grantee shall not lease, transfer, grant the usufruct of, sell or assign this franchise nor the rights and privileges acquired thereunder to any person, firm, company, corporation, or other commercial or legal entity... The privilege to broadcast is solely upon the said operator, Zoe TV. ABS-CBN can't use their air time to broadcast their shows. This is my understanding of the law. If they can do that, does that mean GMA-7, PTV-4, can also buy time slots with other broadcast networks to air their show?
