Hi! I would like to request the latest list of oil refineries and oil depots in the Philippines as of 2023, In addition to this, we would like to ask about the routes taken by oil tankers when bringing their cargo to the refineries and back. Thank you!
Mar 13, 2023 Dear Mr. Quesada, Thank you for your request dated Mar 06, 2023 06:31:29 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Query to determine the oil tanker routes to refineries and back. We received your request on Mar 06, 2023 06:31:29 PM. Upon coordination with our Maritime Environmental Protection Command (MEPCOM) and National Operations Center for Oil Pollution (NOCOP), we have identified that these data are not kept within your Philippine Coast Guard but in the Department of Energy (DOE) We have already coordinated with DOE's Freedom of Information Receiving Officer (FRO) to assist you in this matter.
