Hello! I would like to inquire about the following information regarding the passport application process and procedures: 1. What are the mandated days set by DFA or any pertinent laws in addressing and replying to complaints from individuals in relation to passport applications? 2. How does an individual report errors or bugs in the DFA website related to a passport application? There are bugs, such as being unable to select "Provinces" in the payment section, email confirmations not being sent, and email attachments being sent that can’t be opened or accessed for unknown reasons.
