Thank you for your request for documents related to union registration and SEBA Certification of QC Styropackaging Corporation Employees Union PACIWU-TUCP-ITUC as well as the registration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between QC Styropackaging Corporation and the union, under the Freedom of Information (Executive Order No. 2 S. 2016) filed in this Office on August 19, 2021 As to your request for a copy of SEBA Certification, Certification of Creation of Local/Chapter for QC Styropackaging Corporation Employees Union PACIWU-TUCP-ITUC and Certificate of CBA Registration between the said union and QC Styropackaging Corporation, the same is granted and attached herewith is a certified true copy of these documents.
