Thank you for your request for documents related to union registration and SEBA Certification of QC Styropackaging Corporation Employees Union PACIWU-TUCP-ITUC as well as the registration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between QC Styropackaging Corporation and the union, under the Freedom of Information (Executive Order No. 2 S. 2016) filed in this Office on August 19, 2021. As to your request for a copy of SEBA Certification, Certification of Creation of Local/Chapter for QC Styropackaging Corporation Employees Union PACIWU-TUCP-ITUC and Certificate of CBA Registration between the said union and QC Styropackaging Corporation, the same is granted and attached herewith is a certified true copy of these documents. As to your request for all documents related to the SEBA Certification, Union and CBA registration, the same is denied given that upon further evaluation of your request, the information you identified is among the exceptions listed in Annex A and/or the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 (S. 2016) and are deemed confidential under Department Order No. 103-10, Series of 2010. If you are not satisfied with the response to your FOI request, you may request for an internal review of the response, by writing to [email protected]. Your request for review should explain why you are dissatisfied with the response, the filing of which should be made within 15 calendar days from date of receipt of the response.
