Hi! I am currently conducting my thesis on the improvement of the MRT stations regarding their accessibility to the vulnerable population (ie. pregnant, elderly, children, and PWD). In line with this, I would like to request the following information: 1. Number of PWDs, pregnant, and elderly users 2. Recorded cases of accidents involving the users 3. Floor plans of North Ave., Cubao, and Taft stations

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested to your provided email address. Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as the MRT-3 Floor Plans are confidential, and the dissemination of the said plans may compromise the security of the structures and facilities of MRT-3. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
