To whom it may concern: Good day! I am currently writing a research proposal on Bus Fare and Traffic Congestion in Metro Manila. In line with this, I am writing to you to request the following data which I believe will be used for my study: 1. Public utility bus fare (PUB) for ordinary and air-conditioned buses for the last 20 years (1998-2017) 2. Number of public utility bus operators and number of buses in Metro Manila from 1998-2017. 3.
