I refer to my letter of Nov 09, 2019 01:32:36 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Public Transportation Routes.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.

Our response to your request is due on 30 November 2019. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because FOI Portal is currently experiencing temporary technical difficulties in the electronic portal due to updating of other functions of the portal.
