• Highest public school dropout rates or latest statistics by province and municipality in rural areas in the Philippines (Elementary and Secondary, including K-12 students) covering 2013 to present year.
• Percentage of the public school drop out reasons of the students per region in rural areas (statistics from kinder to grade 12 students) covering 2013 to present year.
• What is the highest popular reason why students in public school are dropping out?
Regarding the highest public school drop out rates latest statistics by province and municipality in rural areas in the Philippines, this data is important because this would be helpful for me in identifying which are the top 3 regions highest public school drop out students in the Philippines and from that I would like to request additional data for my thesis gathering which is:
• Highest public school dropout rates or latest statistics by province and municipality in specifically in Luzon Area covering 2013 to present year (statistics from kinder to grade 12 students)
From this data, it would be helpful for me to identify which is the most highest public drop out rate or latest statistics of number of students in Luzon Area. Therefore, I will know where to proposed a public school in Luzon.
All data gathered and obtained are solely for academic research purposes on our thesis paper and will be handle with high confidentiality. Any assistance you can extend in this regard will be greatly appreciate. Hopefully, you can include the additional datas that I want to address.

In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of May 27, 2019.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
