Please be informed that your concern is not under the Freedom of Information (FOI), upon checking with the Citizens Feedback Management Section, your concern is  for referral to the DPWH Regional Office III with Transaction No. EM-CFMC-20220981. You may follow up your concern at the 165-02.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DPWH Acting Secretary Roger Mercado. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
