Thank you for responding to my request.
We are a project team under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center in partnership with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Climate Change Service (CCS) under the project, Strengthening Public-Partnerships in the Philippines. This project is supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) through the Urban Climate Change Resilience Trust Fund (UCCRTF). We are assisting DENR-CCS in developing resiliency roadmaps and the Investment Portfolios for Risk Resilience (IPRRs) under the Risk Resiliency Program (RRP). This project also supports the PPP Center’s capacity-building program and the development and procurement of local climate-resilient infrastructure PPP projects.
