I would like to make a petition to stop the operation of an online loan app(peso pautang/ pautang peso) this is because it invaded my personal information and got hold of my phone book. They text blast all of my contacts this is a clear violation of personal data  privacy act

Domingo, Quezon City  or to NBI Regional or District Office nearest you and submit your complaint- affidavit together with all other documentary pieces of evidence that you may adduce on your behalf.

Meanwhile, you may also reach out to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as regards your complaint with the lending company. You may follow this link: http://www.sec.gov.ph/lending-companies-and-financing-companies/complaints/.

If unhappy with the response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by sending an email to [email protected] Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. 

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
