Good day LTFRB! I would like to request copies of fare guides issued by your agency to bus routes plying to, from, and/or via Valenzuela Gateway Complex. This is to help inform people of the proper fares to be collected, and for us to file complaints if the bus company fails to collect correct bus fares. Thank you very much!

Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected].
