Hi. I would like to request any information/data available on what is the process or criteria of PSALM's allocation of Megawatt (MW) to Mindanao customers (2020-present)? Any info that would answer why Private DUs are allocated with a much higher contracted total energy compared to ECs. Is it because of financial obligations, technical requirements, or any other reasons? This is for research use. Thank you.
