Hi. I would like a follow up request about my PSA gender correction. OCRG No. 23-2508477. It's already been 6months i still i don't have an update

Thank you for your request dated today, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In reference to your concern, please send your follow-up on the status update of your processed administrative petition for correction to our Legal Service – RA Unit through these email addresses- [email protected] and [email protected] and provide the following details:

1) Full Name of Document's Owner

2) Correction made

3) Petition Number

4) Transmittal Date and Tracking Number

5) Place of Filing/ Civil Registrar where the petition was filed

Or you may also send them the documents that were transmitted to our office for their validation.

Should you remain unsatisfied with the review outcome, you retain the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
