Hi, I would like to request for the annual appropriations or obligations (whichever is available and complete) of DepEd at the provincial level from years 2000 to 2017. The GAA does not breakdown the appropriations up to the provincial so I am requesting this from your agency. Thank you.

Dear Elroy Rendor,
I refer to my letter of Apr 29, 2018 02:59:31 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Provincial aggregation of capital outlay of DepEd.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. In particular, it would be helpful to send us a formal request letter that outlines the specific information you need and the purpose of your study, including a short abstract as well as the intended output of your project (a paper, video, radio production, or what you have). Dear DepEd,
Please find here my original research proposal that I submitted to my research adviser in my university (https://1drv.ms/b/s!AoyYsm1LK04Sgs0y2ki5Z5y39yiwXg). In this study, I would like to see the impact of infrastructure spending on provincial income and inequality, controlling for distance and party affiliation.
As such, all I need is this: the annual capital outlay appropriations (the Capital Outlay in the General Appropriations Act) aggregated at the level of each province (since the GAA only aggregates at the regional level).
Ideally, this data could be provided by DBM. However, they denied my request, citing that they do not have the data I need and that I will need to ask from the separate agencies involved. Therefore, I will only need the Capital Outlay of DepEd from 2000 to 2017, aggregated at the provincial level.
Thank you.
