Hi,
I would like to request for data related to teachers' readiness for distance education. I will use the data for my Special Problem which aims to develop an index that will assess the readiness of each province/city/municipality on the implementation of distance learning. The Special Problem will be submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Statistics at the University of the Philippines – Diliman. I am particularly interested in the proportion of ICT qualified teachers in primary and secondary school for each province/city/municipality.
