Hi Sir/Ma'am I am requesting this documents for me to have a proof that i was in the Philippines since 2013-2019, I went back home to the Philippines to study nursing last 2013-2014 in Saint Mary's University Bayombong Nueva Vizcaya and transferred to Arellano University Manila from 2015-2018, I requested this documents for my child's Citizenship there in the Philippines in US Embassy.
