Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of Accreditation Status/level to the degree program of Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Institutional Accreditation Status of Tarlac State University of the information you requested.
Your right to request a review

Dear Marla Capinpin,
We are currently retrieving the AACCUP accreditation certificate of the BS Chemistry program for 2008. The readily available certificates are the recent ones.
As to the Institutional Accreditation of TSU, please be informed that the university started with the institutional accreditation last 2015. Hence, we cannot provide the requested proof of accreditation for 2008.
