Hi, I toped up for P300 load and subscribed to two different combo which Globe Telecom is offering. ( GOCOMBOAHAF204 and GOCOMBOGKEA57 ) which i subscribed last 7/26/2020. This is supposedly a 1 month validy promo but the promo expired the next day. They took P300 load, accumulated minutes of calls and text and more than 6000MB of Data to my account. I have called and sent a message through their customer servive but they advised that my last subscription was July 2019. Im willing to send screenshots for additional information that might help your investigation. Very truly yours, Mark
