March 17, 2021 Dear Ms. Patricia Drio, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 16, 2021 04:35:00 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-TABANG Application. OWWA Verification System has no record of an online submission of an Application for DOLE-TABANG for a certain PATRICIA DRIO. Neither is there a record that she is an OWWA Member. The application to the program must be done by the OFW. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
