Greetings!
We have validated your request with the DPWH Regional Office VI and UNIFIED PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE- ROADS MANAGEMENT CLUSTER I, it is informed that the Panay-Guimaras-Negros Islands Bridges Project is not yet awarded to a certain contractor.
While the request complies with the provisions of Executive Order No. 2 series of 2016, also known as the Freedom of Information Order considering that the project is not yet awarded, we cannot divulge the information pursuant to Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 (S. 2016) specifically Item No. 6, “Premature Disclosure”.
