This is to follow up on my request last January 21 (Tracking no: #DENREMB-980983245462) for a copy of the correct project description of Tarlac 3 Solar Baseload Plant Project of Solar Philippines Talingaan Corporation. The project description uploaded/posted with the Notice of Public Scoping on the website of EMB is different (not that of the project).
