Response to your request

Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

It is the City/Municipal Social Welfare and Development of concern Local Government that may have the data you require.  Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the City Social Welfare and Development of Cabanatuan.  

Your right to request a review
