Purpose: Initially for feasible data analytics and valuable reccomendation upon Dissertation complition. And, most importantly provide accurate and updated data analytics as decision-making basis for the Legislative appropriation of our Provincial Government through the Barangay LGUs of all Municipalities along with holistic approach of community stakeholders fostering community development welfare particularly in Nutrition building among local residents

Good day! This is my formal intent to request for significant data from Department of Health, PSA or from appropriate Government Agencies you can recommend pertaining to the Malnourished, Overweight and Obese Residents across all age Bracket in the Province of Bohol and hopefully with the following statistical breakdown. a. Total No. quantified accordingly to age brackets of as such Residents per barangay of the Municipalities in Bohol Province if possible with complete resident information and contact details. b. Statistical Weight (kls./lbs.) data classifying Malnourished, Overweight and Obese local residents. c. Comparative Annual Data accordingly with the aforementioned weight types for Trend Analysis. d. If possible, data for the food preparations previously provided by assigned Nutritionists. e. And, any relevant information that are available in your database. Gathering this crucial health concern information can fully be utilized with absolute accuracy on data analytics and situates timely and purposeful values not just for the completion of my dissertation but to primarily serve as sound basis to our Legislative decison-making constituents in every Barangay of the Municipal LGus in our beloved Bohol province along with the community stakeholders for the holistic and bottom-up approach for community development pertaining health concerns with our local residents. Rest assured that the data you will provide be taken cared of with utmost security and data usage be used for further study aligning to mandated ethical data usage standards mandated by our Constitutional by-laws.
