Hi, Hope to request for the profile of the Foreign Tourists in the Philippines from January 2022 to September 2022. The data will be extremely helpful for our analysis of the ATM business here in the Philippines since foreign tourists are the company's main clients. We hope to know if there is a data regarding foreign workers in the Philippines and their country of origin. Thank you.
November 4, 2022 Dear Ms. Tadeo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated November 04, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Profile of Foreign Tourists January - October 2022. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance will have to deny this request as it is similar to your previous request with reference number #DOT-322961097920 dated November 02, 2022 which has already been granted. This is also in compliance with Section 15.2.c of the revised DOT FOI Manual, which states that: "Should the requested information be substantially similar or identical to a previous request by the same requesting party which request has already been previously granted or denied, the request shall be denied unless the requesting party can provide justifiable explanation for the subsequent request." Also, please be informed that the data/files we provided you are the only available data so we cannot provide any additional assistance. Also, there are no data available yet this year for visitor sample survey since it is annually conducted.
